"I originally received a text from Yadi about getting a quote for auto insurance. I then started one online myself but didn’t complete it, so I reached back out for some help. Yadi called me the next day and we finished everything over the phone. What really stood out to me was how personable she was. I didn’t even have to ask many questions — she was the one asking about me and getting to know me. She was able to relate to me, and it felt like a real conversation instead of just a transaction. She explained the coverage clearly and made everything easy to understand. I’m very happy with the price and overall experience and really appreciated her follow-up."
