"The deciding factor in my choice of this State Farm office over all the other insurance companies/offices, including another State Farm office, was that I received detailed car and home insurance quotes from this office. As it happened I had that letter on top of the pile of letters from other insurance companies as I was preparing to pay to renew my current auto insurance. The letters from the other companies/offices all requested that I call for a quote. The quote from this office was less than what I would pay for the renewal. I called and spoke with Gloria. She was very knowledgeable, helpful, patient, understanding and easy to talk to. The entire process was as painless as changing car and home insurance companies could possibly be."

"Yadira is an incredible agent. I wasn't looking for a new insurance whatsoever when I came in contact with her. All I wanted was a quick answer with questions I had regarding my home insurance and she didnt hesitate to help me even when i wasn't a State Farm insurance policy holder. Once I got my answer she politely asked me if I was interested in State Farm insurance. I had very little knowledge with State Farm insurance as far as the rates went I was always aware of other insurances to be relatively cheaper so when she asked me about State Farm's I went ahead and asked her to at least give me a free quote. Nonetheless my expectations were blown away that I immediately wanted to cancel my home and auto insurance and bundle with State Farm right away. She never made me feel pressured, the way she went above and beyond to help me made me even doubt the rates, it seemed too good to be true. I couldn't stop thanking her for her help. State Farm has a very good agent with Yadira."

"Wow. Talk about an amazing insurance agent. YADIRA. YADIRA. YADIRA. Yadira helped me out with my Renter’s insurance and explained everything VERY thoroughly. She also analyzed my contract lease to provide me with the right renter’s insurance for my landlord. So if contract jargon intimidates you, YADIRA IS YOUR GIRL !!! Not once did I feel pressured about buying a higher insurance plan. If you don’t like annoying sales people, definitely recommend Yadira. Yadira is a great communicator, as she made me feel welcomed from the start AND made me feel better about issues I’m currently facing in my personal life. Talking to her about how my life was going helped a lot. Yadira is for sure a therapist, insurance agent, & a sweetheart all in one lol! Currently I don’t drive, but the second I do purchase a vehicle, I know where I’ll be getting my car insurance from!! I REPEAT: YADIRA. YADIRA. YADIRA!!!!!!!"
